DAY 1 Fly to Hanoi
Take a scheduled flight from the UK to Hanoi.

DAY 2 Arrive Hanoi
Upon arrival in Hanoi, you tour guide will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.
DAY 3 Hanoi City Tour
Discover the rich heritage and vibrant culture of Hanoi. Visit the Temple of Literature, admire the unique One Pillar Pagoda, and marvel at the grandeur of the Presidential Palace. Explore the Vietnam History Museum and the historic Hanoi Opera House before strolling through the lively Old Quarter. End the day with a captivating traditional Water Puppet Show.

DAY 4 Halong Bay Cruise
Journey through the picturesque countryside of northern Vietnam, passing lush rice fields and local farmers on the way to Ha Long Bay. Upon arrival, board a traditional wooden cruise for an unforgettable overnight experience. Sail through the stunning limestone islands of the bay while enjoying lunch on board. Explore Luon Cave by kayak or bamboo boat, then visit Titop Island for panoramic views or a refreshing swim. In the evening, relax at the sunset party, join a Vietnamese spring roll cooking class, and enjoy a delicious gala dinner on deck.

DAY 5 Hanoi to Hue
We start the day with Tai Chi on the sundeck, followed by breakfast, before exploring Sung Sot Cave. A tasty brunch will be served as the boat winds through the limestone landscapes. Disembark and journey back to Hanoi for some free time at your leisure. We will transfer you to airport and fly to Hue, and be met by your local tour guide and transferred to the hotel.

DAY 6 Hue
Once the imperial capital of Vietnam, Hue offers a fascinating journey into the country’s royal past. Cruise along the serene Perfume River to the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda, explore the majestic Imperial Citadel, and admire the beautifully ornate tombs of Emperors Khai Dinh and Tu Duc. Complete the experience with a visit to a vibrant local market, where the culture and daily life of Hue come alive.

DAY 7 Hue to Hoi An
After breakfast, transfer to Hoi An with scenic stops along the way. Visit Monkey Mountain, home to the towering Lady Buddha statue set against breathtaking mountain views and a beautiful bonsai garden. Continue to the Marble Mountains and journey through the spectacular Hai Van Pass, renowned for its dramatic coastal scenery. Upon arrival in Hoi An, check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 8 Hoi An
Day at leisure to enjoy the ancient town of Hoi An. Optional tours include a cooking class or cycle ride to the local beach.

DAY 10 Ho Chi Minh City Tour and Cu Chi Tunnels
Discover the highlights of Ho Chi Minh City on a fascinating half-day tour. Stroll along historic Dong Khoi Street, lined with elegant colonial-era architecture, and explore the iconic Reunification Palace, also known as the Independence Palace. Continue to the War Remnants Museum for a powerful and moving insight into Vietnam’s history. In the afternoon, venture to the Cu Chi Tunnels, an extraordinary underground network of tunnels, chambers, and passageways once used by Vietnamese soldiers during the war.

DAY 11 Mekong Delta
This morning, depart Ho Chi Minh City for the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival in Ben Tre, embark on a scenic boat cruise along the Mekong River to explore the region’s highlights. Visit a traditional brick factory to observe age-old brick-making techniques, then continue to a riverside coconut processing workshop. Take a short walk to a local family-run workshop, where women craft sleeping mats by hand. Here, enjoy fresh tropical fruits and tea while interacting with locals and learning about daily life in the Delta. Continue your journey by motor cart through peaceful rice fields and vegetable gardens.
In the afternoon, glide along a tranquil water palm creek by rowing boat before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 12 Fly to Siem Reap
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Phnom Peah. Upon arrival, the guide will meet you and take you to the hotel to check in.

DAY 13 Angkor Temples
Visit Choeung Ek Memorial, the most well-known of the “Killing Fields,” where a striking stupa filled with thousands of skulls stands as a solemn tribute to Cambodia’s tragic past. Once an execution site for victims from Tuol Sleng Prison, nearly 9,000 bodies have been exhumed here. Continue to the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21), a former school turned Khmer Rouge interrogation and torture centre, where over 20,000 people were imprisoned and subjected to brutal conditions.
Explore the National Museum, home to an outstanding collection of Khmer art and artifacts, before visiting the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, symbols of Cambodia’s royal heritage.

DAY 14 Ton Le Sap Lake and to Phnom Penh
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, the guide will meet you and take you to the hotel to check in. This afternoon, enjoy a boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake at KAMPONG PHLUCK VILLAGE. This is the largest permanent freshwater lake in Southeast Asia and flows into the Tonle Sap River.

DAY 15 Phnom Penh
Explore the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), entering through the South Gate with its impressive statues depicting the “Churning of the Ocean of Milk.” Discover the Bayon Temple, famous for its 54 towers adorned with over 200 serene faces, along with the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace, and Terrace of the Leper King. Continue to the atmospheric Ta Prohm, a striking jungle temple left largely in its natural state. Then visit the iconic Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world and a masterpiece of Khmer architecture, renowned for its five iconic towers. End the day with a breathtaking sunset from the summit of Pre Rup Temple.

DAY 16 Fly to Luang Prabang
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival, the guide will meet you and take you to the hotel.

DAY 17 Luang Prabang City Tour
Early morning in Luang Prabang, witness the serene alms-giving ceremony as monks walk the streets collecting offerings, followed by a visit to the local morning market. Explore the UNESCO-listed town and its key temples, including Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Visoun, Wat Sene, Wat Aham, and Wat Mai, before visiting the Royal Palace Museum.
After lunch, head to the stunning Kuang Si Waterfalls, with turquoise pools and cascading tiers ideal for a refreshing swim. Visit the nearby Free the Bears sanctuary en route through the forest. Return to Luang Prabang with optional stops at local ethnic villages such as Ban Ou, Ban Ouay, and Ban Thapene.

DAY 18 Khuang Si Falls
Enjoy a scenic boat cruise along the Mekong River to the confluence with the Nam Ou River, visiting the sacred Pak Ou Caves with their thousands of Buddha statues. Return by road, stopping at Ban Xang Hai village and traditional Lao handicraft villages, including Ban Xangkhong and Ban Xienglek, known for handmade Jute Sar paper.
In the late afternoon, climb Mount Phousi for panoramic views and a stunning sunset over Luang Prabang. Afterwards, explore the vibrant night market at the base of the hill.
